Launched in 2006, Cool Crutches was created to fill a space for practical and comfortable, yet stylish crutches and walking sticks to prevent the physical as well as mental limitations of pain and discomfort that can be caused by normal walking aids

The company was inspired by the founder’s experiences of using regular crutches following a spinal cord injury from a quad bike accident leaving her with a life-altering long-term disability at the age of 19. She was driven to find a better solution than the NHS crutches which were causing her further pain.

Designed to be comfortable, silent, functional and safe, the walking aids have been specially designed with a mould to the natural hands, helping to prevent painful and limiting blisters.

The range of crutches and walking sticks also come with adjustable heights to maintain a stable and safe walking gait.

The silent products also feature functional wrist straps and detachable cuffs to prevent the crutches from clicking as you walk or falling to the floor when users open doors.

Designed to empower people living with a disability or serious injuries, the crutches and walking sticks are available in a wide range of colours and prints with the option to personalise them with a custom design.

For those who have it all, a personalised walking stick or crutches is the ideal Christmas gift. Consumers can customise and personalise their walking aid with a design of their choice.

They’ll be joining stars including Jamie Laing, Amanda Holden and Olly Murs who have ordered their bespoke designs from Cool Crutches for special occasions.

Individuals can also choose to create a custom design with a collage of a beloved pet with custom designs of walking sticks from £95 and crutches from £105.
