The grand finale for High Heels for Healing at the Adorni Center featured all stiletto-heeled dancers coming on stage at once for camera pictures and more cash benefitting women and girls in the community. High Heels for Healing is the major fundraiser held by Soroptimist International of Humboldt Bay. Based on the old saying, "You can't really understand another person's experience until you have walked in their shoes," this lighthearted event increases awareness of women's issues by featuring some wonderful men strolling in women's shoes.
